Hi! I am Jen, I am a fertility wellness coach. I support and empower women who are struggling with the complex challenges of infertility. I help them to optimize their overall well-being and equip them with the tools and knowledge needed to rise above their infertility and reclaim their lives.
I am passionate about adding value and support to this highly vulnerable, intricate and sensitive journey by incorporating mind-body practices into fertility care for those wishing to simplify, reset, validate and replenish their infertility experience.
