My Story
Hi, I’m Jen — and I help women redefine and reclaim their health.
I’ve always been someone who cared passionately.
As a nurse, a mother, a partner, a leader, a coach — I was the one who held things together. The one who could handle it. The go-to. The one who was always “fine”.
But what looked like “high-functioning” on the outside was actually chronic stress, emotional overload, and survival mode on the inside.
Eventually, that disconnect pulled me into cycles of burnout so profound that I didn’t recognize myself.
What I learned is this:
You can be incredibly capable, and still not have the capacity to carry everything you’ve been carrying.
My burnout wasn’t a failure.
It was a breaking open — a call back to myself.
The Turning Point
When I sought help, the healthcare system I had worked in for two decades offered band-aids and medication — but not true health care.
So I began my own healing.
I studied stress physiology, trauma-informed practices, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, identity work, and whole-body nourishment.
And what I discovered was this:
Stress, without adequate support, self-care, and resources, impacts everything — our health, our relationships, our sense of self.
Burnout is not personal failure.
It is a natural biological response to a life that has asked too much, for too long, without enough support.

Now, This is My Passion
I guide women to redefine health as:
- Capacity — the energy, space, and steadiness to move through life sustainably.
- Confidence — the self-trust to stand strong in who you are and what you need.
- Freedom — the awareness and alignment that allow you to live according to your values, not expectations.
This work is not about doing more.
It’s about learning to come home to yourself.
